Shelter manager research tree

I came across many that didnt have this unlocked, please give this tree some love, when you are running out of badges.
when you complete New Home, it unlocks shelter building, I guess most of you are stuck here.
When you complete Shelter building, It unlocks Shelter manager.
some of the notable research that you need to do in shelter manager are shown below
Mineral digger and gold panning applies to the resource tiles that you mine from in open world
woodcutter and farming technology are the buildings in your HQ that generates them.
