Lolap scouting me. Leave our server Lolap, you only cause disruption.

Rules aren't being followed, but this person is allowed to stay on the server and cause mayhem whenever he feels like it. Lolap needs to go.

Two of my server mates getting attacked by Lolap. How is he constantly getting away with breaking the rules?

With there being a new rule every day, this is a terrible idea. Alliance Leaders being responsible for making their members outlaws is also not a good idea.
