I was looking at the server coordination amongst the members that participated in the capital clash in server 55. Things that I noticed was that many alliances have been enjoying success too much by staying under the umbrella of big guys and only loots people with no alliances or on enemy buster day since its easier having infinite Tps. And have no exprience in war time coordination against other players that fights back. Only time this server witnessed any kind of war drills was with FBL vs KTL (former Un4) twice, so I would say we both have some kind of experience in making a judgement call when things gets heated
my proposal is to have an agreement to have 1 hour mock war between alliances, WAR can be declared on cities per agreement with scheduled times. That way even the members who depends on the top guys can make a decision call on whom to reinforce and whom to attack.
One thing I wanted to share here as well is reinforcing your alliance members, when you need reinforcements faster when not in allied territory, open a boomer rally, share it in your alliance chat, people who are shielded can send troops to you at 600x movement speed, when they almost reach your base, they can hit return button on the troops, where after they can move the troops to the base they intended to reinforce, thats how FBL did it in wars.

Thank you for the detailed proposal—it highlights some truly important points. I fully agree that many alliances still lack real war experience, especially under pressure. A mock war is an excellent idea to help players improve coordination, decision-making, and overall readiness for SVS or Capital Clash.
In addition, we could consider organizing these mock battles weekly during Enemy Buster day in other states. Alliances with similar power levels could teleport there, engage in rallies, and practice strategic plundering. If attacked, they could support each other through reinforcements. This would sharpen war instincts and teach valuable combat tactics in a live setting.
These battles would also help us identify who in each alliance is actively participating in events. We could set a fixed schedule and even reach an agreement with another state so both sides benefit and enjoy the action. Matching alliances based on similar strength will make the experience fair, challenging, and enjoyable for all.
However, if we’re concerned about strengthening other states by exposing our strategies, we can host these mock wars internally within our server. Similar-powered alliances can compete for control of specific cities under agreed-upon rules. This way, we improve without giving away too much.
Jawa’s proposal is a strong foundation. It opens the door to creative, cooperative solutions that will strengthen our entire server. Let’s discuss it further and shape something that brings growth, experience, and unity to us all.

Also wanted to add the benefits of batch healing, I have seen people queing up heals for 20 hours or more,
Slide the bar on the troops, to max 1 hour, that way you can get healed faster due to alliance help,
