A Proposal to Create the Top Four Elite Alliances

We recently faced State 55 in our SVS battle on May 17, 2025. Various alliances from our side participated with differing levels of involvement—some more active, some less. Regardless, every contribution helped strengthen State 54’s efforts.

A special thanks goes to the alliances FBL, 1st, UN1, and KTL for their outstanding participation as large groups. Their coordinated engagement was notably more effective than other alliances, demonstrating the power of unity and teamwork.

After reviewing our performance, I found that to fight on equal footing with the opposing state during invasions, we need approximately 300-350 active participants. The more players we have working together, the greater our advantage.

This means we need 4 alliances with 400 players who clearly understand the battlefield and their roles, to consistently secure victory.

We made some mistakes—for example, we didn’t clear the green area around the capital to allow reinforcements to support us effectively. If we had positioned about 50 players inside the capital area and another 50 in the green area to provide reinforcement support from each alliance, our chances of winning would have been much better.

To improve, I propose creating four top alliances composed only of our strongest and most active players. Each alliance should have 50% of its members with HQ level 24-27+ and 50% with HQ level 20+. In each alliance, half the players will fight directly in the capital, while the other half focus on providing reinforcements.

Only those 100% active in SVS should join these top four alliances. Other alliances can focus on fighting outside the capital in level 6 cities, attacking from behind to disrupt and disorient enemy players.

We can also allocate cities to these 4 alliances in a way that allows them to support other alliances during Enemy Buster day. We all know how dangerous Enemy Buster day can be.

Together, with stronger alliances and focused participation, we can secure consistent victories in future SVS battles. So top players from other alliances should join FBL, 1st, UN1, and KTL to have a greater chance in fighting and contributing in our SVS. The 5th force will be the combined strength of State 54.

Let’s share our thoughts on this matter and work together to find the best solutions to strengthen our server and prepare for future SVS battles.

우리는 몇 가지 실수를 했습니다. 예를 들어, 수도 주변의 녹색 지역을 정리하지 않아 지원 병력을 효과적으로 보내지 못했습니다. 각 동맹에서 수도 내에 약 50명, 그리고 지원 병력을 위한 녹색 지역에 50명을 배치했더라면 승리 가능성이 훨씬 높았을 것입니다.

개선을 위해, 가장 강력하고 적극적인 플레이어들로만 구성된 4개의 최상위 동맹을 만들 것을 제안합니다. 각 동맹의 50%는 HQ 레벨 24~27 이상, 나머지 50%는 HQ 레벨 20 이상이어야 합니다. 각 동맹 내에서 절반은 수도에서 직접 전투에 참여하고, 나머지 절반은 지원 병력 역할을 맡습니다.

Recentemente, enfrentamos o Estado 55 em nossa batalha SVS no dia 17 de maio de 2025. Várias alianças do nosso lado participaram com diferentes níveis de envolvimento — algumas mais ativas, outras menos. Independentemente disso, toda contribuição ajudou a fortalecer os esforços do Estado 54.

Um agradecimento especial vai para as alianças FBL, 1st, UN1 e KTL pela participação excepcional em grandes grupos. O engajamento coordenado delas foi notavelmente mais eficaz do que o de outras alianças, demonstrando o poder da união e do trabalho em equipe.

Após revisar nosso desempenho, percebi que, para lutar em igualdade com o estado adversário durante as invasões, precisamos de aproximadamente 300 a 350 participantes ativos. Quanto mais jogadores trabalharem juntos, maior será nossa vantagem.

Isso significa que precisamos de 4 alianças com 400 jogadores que compreendam claramente o campo de batalha e seus papéis, para garantir vitórias consistentes.

Cometemos alguns erros — por exemplo, não limpamos a área verde ao redor da capital para permitir que os reforços nos apoiassem efetivamente. Se tivéssemos posicionado cerca de 50 jogadores dentro da área da capital e outros 50 na área verde para fornecer suporte de reforço de cada aliança, nossas chances de vitória teriam sido muito maiores.

Para melhorar, proponho criar quatro alianças principais compostas apenas pelos nossos jogadores mais fortes e ativos. Cada aliança deve ter 50% dos membros com nível de QG entre 24 e 27+, e 50% com nível de QG 20+. Have to add a point,

We need to desginate spots for each alliance where they need to Tp in, incase we are invading. Zone clearing and effective rallies and defence is only possible when you make a mini hive within the capital zone.

Rallies werent used that often, and rallies took some time to fill up due the distance between the guy who started the rally and the person joining.

So with effective designated zones for each alliance in the capital zone, multiple rallies can be started in quick succession.

As you can see here, blue zone was a mixture of 1st, un3s and one or 2 FBL,

Green marked zone was a combination of FBL, KTL, UN1, UN3, RAW, some 10L and UN6

Red zone was a combination of 2-3 FBL, UN1, KTL

As the war progressed, the reinforcements couldnt enter since the outer greenzone were occupied by shielded 55 players, and the combinations shifted when FB3/FB4, Un5/GMY showed up, and the focus shifted from attacking #55 bases with rallies to solo tank hitting the bases, (time and fuel consuming task)

Jawa made a good point. To summarize the overall strategy, we can say:

SVS Strategy – Final Summary
  • Main Goal: To win SVS by organizing all active and strong players across the state.
  • Player Movement: Alliances ranked 5–20 should send their best and most active players to support the top 4 alliances FBL, KTL, 1ST and UN1 during SVS.
  • Participation Requirements: HQ 24–27+ players will focus on the capital. HQ 20+ active players will help secure and hold the green zone.
  • Top 4 Alliance Role: The top 4 alliances will lead the capital battle. They will be divided into two groups: Group 1 (around 200 players) will shield up in the green zone and be ready to send reinforcements. Group 2 will actively fight and hold the capital.
  • Role Assignment: Every alliance from the top 4 will be assigned a specific task, and they will position themselves on the capital battlefield according to that task to ensure proper coordination.
  • Support from Alliances 5–20: These alliances will launch attacks on level 6 cities behind enemy lines to distract and split their forces.
  • Early Setup is Key: Secure the green zone immediately after reset for proper positioning and reinforcement setup.
