- Where can i see my loot cap?
When you attack a base to loot, the after action report contains data, check picture below:

- Where can I check for server ranking?
Go to profile and on the bottom right section click on rankings, and in Individual power ranking, you can give likes to top 3 to earn 15 gems per day.
- I bought hero equipment shards, but I cant equip it.
Just like Heroes, you need to buy the actual weapon first, and the pre-requisite is that your hero should be atleast 2 stars for you to equip it, you can buy the equipment at the daily sale section, change to the ones that have the golden frame, they are the equipments for the heroes

- This one is for the R4s and R5s, Where can I send alliance mails? and how can I send recruiting message
Go to the alliance button, then next to your population count, there is a small mail icon. Thats where you can send alliance mails
for the recruiting message, go to members. look at +mark next your R5's name, that creates the recruit message which you can send to world chat or language chat.
- How do I progress in the Hero battlefield on the spec op page?
For each faction you need your strongest hero power, For example if you are doing the Wings of dawn battlefield (BLUE faction), you can unequip the gear from RED/ORANGE faction heroes and equip them on the BLUE heroes. And the same goes for when doing RED and ORANGE faction battlefield
- Why is construction speed so slow?
You need to upgrade your villa, do research, recruit strong refugees, your alliance tech needs to researched as well, Sophia should be upgraded, and VIP level.
