1. Where can I see my loot cap?

When you attack a base and view the battle report, tap the info (ℹ️) button on the right-hand side. The loot cap is shown there.

2. Where can I check server rankings?

Go to your Profile, and in the bottom right corner, tap Rankings.

You’ll see multiple categories including Individual Power Rankings β€” don’t forget to give likes to the top 3 players each day to earn 15 gems.

3. I bought hero equipment shards, but I can’t equip them. Why?

Just like heroes, you need to buy the actual equipment β€” shards alone are not enough.
βœ… Your hero must be at least 2 stars to equip any gear.
πŸ›οΈ Go to the Daily Sale and switch to items with a golden frame β€” these are the proper hero equipment.

4. Where can I send alliance mails or recruiting messages? (For R4s and R5s)

  • Alliance Mail:
    Tap the Alliance button. Near your population count, you’ll see a small mail icon β€” that’s where you send mails to all members.

  • Recruiting Message:
    Go to the Members tab. Next to your R5’s name, tap the “+” icon β€” it opens the recruit message you can send in world chat or language chat.
5. Why is my construction speed so slow?

  • Multiple factors affect construction speed:

    • Upgrade your Villa

    • Complete relevant Research

    • Recruit stronger Refugees

    • Develop your Alliance Tech

    • Level up Sophia

    • Raise your VIP Level

    Improving all of the above will greatly boost your construction efficiency.

6. How do I progress in the Hero Battlefield (Spec Ops)?

  • If you’ve already used your top 5 heroes in one faction battlefield, you can remove their equipment and reuse it to power up your next set of heroes for another faction.

    You already fought in the Blood Rose Battlefield using your top 5 heroes.
    Now, for the next battlefield (e.g.,Wings of Dawn), select your next strongest 5 heroes from that faction.

7. What is Troop Size and Why Does It Matter?

  • Troop Size determines:

    • How many troops you can bring in a single formation

    • How much loot you can carry per attack

    You can loot only once per attack.
    If you’re attacking repeatedly (e.g., a 10x combo) without returning to base, you’re just wasting fuel.
